The pricing questions everyone asks

What's the Cost to get Started?

In addition to the monthly fee, we charge a one-time onboarding fee. This fee covers the extra effort needed to set up your business systems and onboarding calls, including data migration, software integrations, communicating with agencies, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Onboarding fee = monthly fee x 2.

This fee varies depending on the details of your specific accounting package.

Can I Adjust My Service Package as My Business Expands?

Of course! We know your needs will change as your business grows. You're free to upgrade or customize your package at any time to align with your evolving requirements.

What's the ROI (Return on Investment) of Choosing Our Accounting Services?

Investing in our accounting services goes beyond ensuring compliance and accuracy. We provide strategic insights to help reduce tax liabilities, improve cash flow, and boost profitability. Most of our clients experience significant savings and business growth that more than justify the cost of our services.

Can You Help Me With Taxes Only?

We generally don't offer tax-only services because we believe business owners see the greatest benefit when bookkeeping and tax preparation are handled together. In addition, if you need bookkeeping, we require that payroll also be managed through our firm. This ensures that a single, cohesive team oversees all aspects of your financials, allowing us to deliver timely and accurate results.

How Much Will it Cost to Catch Up on My Accounting?

Catching up on accounting, often referred to as back work, is essential for bringing a business's books up to date, especially when transitioning from one accounting service to another. It's also a critical step in ensuring your books are audit-ready, which we guarantee at no additional cost.

Back work cost = number of prior months to work on x monthly fee.

To determine how far back we need to go, we review the most recent verifiable financial statement or tax return prepared by an external party. For example, if the most recent completed document is a tax return, your books are likely accurate through December of that tax year.

What makes the price go above $750?

Volume and complexity: more transactions, more accounts, more employees, more filing requirements, accrual accounting, or multiple entities. You will see exactly which factors apply to you in the written scope, so the number never feels arbitrary.

30 minutes, your latest financials or tax return, and you leave with a written scope. No pitch deck, no obligation.
